OUR COMMITMENT

At Ultra Warehouse, we are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and legal environment for all attendees, staff, and performers. The use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on our premises.

This policy applies to all Ultra Warehouse events, including live events, concerts, private hires, and festivals.

 

 

ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

Ultra Warehouse operates a zero-tolerance policy on the use, possession, or distribution of:

  • Controlled substances under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

  • Psychoactive substances (including nitrous oxide/"NOS") under the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016

  • Any form of drug dealing, sharing, or intent to supply

Anyone found in breach of this policy will be:

  • Removed from the venue immediately.

  • Reported to the police.

  • Permanently banned from future events

 

SEARCH POLICY

All attendees may be subject to searches on entry to ensure safety and compliance. This includes:

  • Bag searches

  • Pat-downs

  • Use of drug detection tools or dogs (at selected events)

Refusal to be searched will result in denied entry without refund.

 

 

PRESCRITION MEDICATION

If you require medication, you must:

  • Bring it in its original packaging, clearly labelled.

  • Carry proof of prescription (ID may be required)

  • Declare it to security or medical staff on arrival.

 

 

HARM REDUCTION & WELFARE

We recognise that some individuals may still choose to take risks. As a responsible venue:

  • We provide free access to medical and welfare staff at all events

  • Amnesty bins may be provided at entry — no questions asked

  • We work with local authorities and harm reduction organisations to promote education and safety

 

 

STAFF & PROMOTER RESPONSIBILITY

All promoters, organisers, and staff working with Ultra Warehouse are expected to:

  • Enforce this drug policy

  • Report any suspicious or unsafe activity to security or management

  • Cooperate fully with venue staff and emergency services

 

REPORTING CONCERNS

If you see someone unwell or at risk, please inform a member of staff, security, or welfare immediately.
You will never get in trouble for helping someone in need.

 

 

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

If you require medical assistance, we have a full medical team based in a private room next to the garage room. Please speak to one of the event staff if you require medical assistance. 

 

 

FINAL NOTE

This policy is in place to protect our guests, our staff, and our community. Help us keep Ultra Warehouse a safe, inclusive, and respected venue.
